By accessing ShopSquare, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
Using our services means you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.


2. Use of the Platform

         - You agree to use ShopSquare only for lawful purposes.

         - You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

         - You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

         - ShopSquare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.


3. Products & Pricing

         - All product descriptions, prices, and availability are updated regularly but may change without notice.

         - Prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and include VAT where applicable.

         - Promotions and discounts may be subject to additional terms.


4. Orders & Payments

         - Orders are confirmed once payment is completed (unless Cash on Delivery is available in your area).

         - Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa), debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (limited areas).

         - ShopSquare reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

                                Payment issues

                                  Stock unavailability

                                  Fraudulent or suspicious activity


            5. Shipping & Delivery

                     - We deliver nationwide across Tanzania.

                     - Estimated timelines:

                                         Dar es Salaam & Arusha: 1–2 working days

                                           Other regions: 2–5 working days

                                             Remote areas: up to 7 working days

                                 - Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout.


                        6. Returns & Refunds

                                 - Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

                                    - Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

                                 - Certain products (e.g., perishables, personal care items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

                                 - Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection.


                        7. Customer Responsibilities

                                 - Provide accurate delivery details to avoid failed deliveries.

                                 - Ensure availability at the time of delivery (or assign a trusted recipient).

                                 - Handle products with care and follow usage instructions provided by manufacturers.


                        8. Intellectual Property

                                 - All content on ShopSquare (logos, text, images, and designs) is the property of ShopSquare and protected under copyright laws.

                                 - You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.


                        9. Limitation of Liability

                                 - ShopSquare strives for accuracy but does not guarantee error-free listings.

                                 - ShopSquare is not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., loss of income, data, or business opportunities).

                                 - Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

                                 - Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

                                 - We use secure payment gateways and comply with data protection laws.
