How ShopSquare Works
Whether you’re buying one item or placing a big order, ShopSquare is designed to make every step clear and stress-free. Here’s how it works from browsing to delivery.
1. Browse and discover products
Start by exploring our categories or using the search bar to find what you need. You can view detailed product information, compare different options, and check prices, offers and discounts. When you find something you like, you’re ready for the next step.
2. Add items to your cart
Click “Add to Cart” on any product you want to buy. You can add multiple items from different shops, update quantities, and remove items before checkout. When you’re happy with your selection, go to your Cart to review everything.
3. Confirm your order and choose payment
On the checkout page, you’ll fill in your name, phone number and delivery details. Next, choose your delivery method (where available) and select your payment option (for example Mobile Money, bank or cash on delivery – depending on what is available on ShopSquare at that time).
We take your privacy and security seriously. Your details are handled with care and only used to process your order.
4. Receive your order
After you confirm your order, our team prepares your items for delivery or pickup. You will receive updates by SMS, WhatsApp or phone call (depending on your preferred contact method), along with an estimated delivery time.
You can also visit our physical location in Arusha if you prefer to see products or pick up your order directly.
Track and manage your orders
From your ShopSquare account, you can view Your Orders, check the status of each order, and see your order history for future reference. If something doesn’t look right, you can contact Customer Care or use the WhatsApp floating button on the site.
For wholesale & VIP customers
If you are a shop owner, business or bulk buyer, you can browse products normally and then contact our Director – VIP & Wholesale Clients directly from the WhatsApp widget. We will help you with special pricing, availability and long-term arrangements for bulk orders.
