Shipping & Delivery Policy – ShopSquare


At ShopSquare, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably across Tanzania.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and regions in Tanzania, including:

         - Dar es Salaam

         - Arusha

         - Dodoma

         - Mwanza

         - Mbeya

         - Zanzibar

         …and many more towns through our trusted logistics partners.


2. Delivery Timelines

         - Dar es Salaam & Arusha: 1–2 working days.      

         - Other Regions (Mainland Tanzania): 2–5 working days.

         - Remote Areas: May take up to 7 working days depending on location and courier service.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, high-demand seasons, or due to unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, transport issues).


3. Delivery Fees

         - Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and shown clearly at checkout.         - 

         - We aim to keep fees affordable while ensuring safe and timely delivery.

         - Free delivery promotions may apply during special campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed:

         - You will receive an SMS, WhatsApp message, or email with tracking details.

         - You can track your order through the ShopSquare app or website.


5. Delivery Process

  1. Order Confirmation: Once payment is received (or Cash on Delivery is selected in eligible regions), your order is processed.

  2. Dispatch: Items are packed securely and handed to our logistics team.

  3. Delivery: The courier delivers to your doorstep or nearest pickup station.

  4. Confirmation: You sign or confirm receipt upon delivery.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

         - Available in select cities and towns.  

         - Customers are required to pay the full amount before the package is handed over.


7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unreachable contact, or repeated failed attempts:

         - The order will be returned to ShopSquare.

         - Customers may request re-delivery (additional fees may apply).


8. International Shipping

Currently, ShopSquare focuses on Tanzania only. Future updates will expand to regional and international markets.
